Project consisted of the complete interior demolition of an environmental lab and rebuild of space including, but not limited to, exterior wall insulation, ceilings, walls, floors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and system furniture. Project was extended to include the relocation of personnel into the area. The challenge with this project was the discovery of a complete building within the environmental lab that required demoltion.
