Project included demolition of two existing timber piers by extraction (vibration) complete and construction of a new concrete pier (177’-6” x 20’-0”). Project also included site grade work, new asphalt approach, perimeter security fencing, floating dock improvements, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and bulkhead repairs and improvements.
