NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Awards Homeland Contracting a $644K+ Contract
Chesapeake, VA – November 10, 2010: NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic has awarded Chesapeake contractor, Homeland Contracting Corporation, a contract at Naval Station Norfolk. The $644,347 contract was awarded on September 8, 2010. This award is part of an 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC).
The project will take place at Naval Station Norfolk, and the scope of work involves the replacement of the roof at a historical chapel, building C-7. Work includes the removal of the existing slate roof, exterior repairs, and repair of related items. The expected date of completion is July 15, 2011.
