NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Awards Homeland Contracting a $3M+ Contract
Chesapeake, VA – August 20, 2010: NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic has awarded Chesapeake contractor, Homeland Contracting Corporation, a contract at Naval Station Norfolk. The $3,034,049 contract was awarded on August 19, 2010. This award is part of an 8(a) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC).
The project will take place at Naval Station Norfolk, and the scope of work involves replacing 11.5KV substations at Pier 14 with skid mounted 34.KV secondary unit substations. The expected date of completion is August 28, 2012.
