Justin Padgett
Justin Padgett joined the Homeland Contracting team in 2010 as a Superintendent/Quality Control Manager and brings experience in both the public and the private sectors. Justin's responsibilities include estimating, and acting in both project engineering and quality control manager functions with an unparalleled focus on customer satisfaction and a quality product. He accomplishes this by stellar communication, attention to detail, use of modern technology, and an honest and trusting working relationship with the client and subcontractors. Justin is constantly seeking out new and innovative ways to deliver a project with ease and precision.
Justin has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech. He possesses a Construction Quality Management certification from the Corp of Engineers, an OSHA 30-hour Safety Certification, and is First-Aid/CPR Certified. He is currently working towards completing the AGC’s Project Management Development Program and LEED accreditations. Justin is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers, Hampton Roads Green Building Council, and the Hampton Roads Young AGC Members.
