Paul McFarland

As Job Site Superintendent, Paul supervises, monitors and coordinates the work efforts of the sub-contractors hired to complete jobs that Homeland has taken under contract. He ensures the job is completed safely, on time and according to specifications.

Paul's success in the construction industry is a direct result of his twenty-six years in the US NAVY where he was an Aviation Machinist Mate, Senior Chief. During that time he supervised and trained up to 175 personnel in all aspects of aircraft maintenance and quality assurance.

After retiring from the US NAVY in 1994, Paul continued to expand on his depth of mechanical experience starting his own residential repair business before joining Homeland Contracting in 2006.
