Lynne Loughridge

Lynne Loughridge joined Homeland Contracting in 2009 as Project Management Assistant. She brings over 15 years experience in Federal Construction with the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, Department of Homeland Security, NASA, and State, Local, and Private contracting. Her experience with proposal management, technical writing, contract administration, finance, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and associated construction oversight, further enhances Homeland’s capabilities.

Following graduation from Radford University, Lynne served with banking and financial institutions supporting small businesses and individuals throughout the southeastern Virginia area. Lynne’s passion for prompt and efficient delivery of client requirements, attention to detail, and construction experience, enhance Homeland Contracting’s growing capabilities.
