Jason Emanuel

As a Project Superintendent, Mr. Emanuel is directly responsible for the quality and succesful completion of his projects.  In his role, Jason prepares and maintains project schedules, manages subcontractors to ensure work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications and the approved construction schedule. He also coordinates and administers all subcontracts and purchase orders.  In conjunction with Project Managers, Mr. Emanuel establishes project goals and objectives and works with field personel to ensure these expectations are met. 

Mr. Emanuel brings over 20 years of construction experience as well as nearly 15 years of Quality Control experience.  His certifications include ACOE Quality Control Management, OSHA 10 & 30 hour, Brick Mason, Refrigerant Transition & Recovery , and First Aid & CPR.  Mr. Emanuel  has been awarded the Spirit of Excellence Award by the US Coast Guard as well as numerous Safety Awards from the US Army Corps of Engineers.
