Phil Delsignore

Phil joined the company in March 2007 as Superintendent, Quality Control bringing over 25 years of construction experience to Homeland. He oversees all operations on job sites, schedules all subcontractors, completes inspections and sets up production meetings, quality control meetings and quality control inspections.

Phil has extensive experience working with all branches of the military. He has also completed numerous commercial projects from the ground up including Target Stores, Discount Auto Parts, NAVY Exchange Warehouse and interior build-outs for the Gap and Banana Republic.
